Y9 Options & KS4 Curriculum Guidance
Similarly to many mainstream settings, pupils in Y9 at The Pilgrim School are given the opportunity to choose "option" subjects that they wish to study during KS4. As with many things at Pilgrim, this is considered on an individual basis and is not appropriate for every pupil.
For those pupils who are anticipated to reintegrate, options will be chosen from the subjects offered by the mainstream school. Pupils who we anticipate will remain with The Pilgrim School during KS4, will be given the opportunity to choose from The Pilgrim School's provision. To assist this decision, we have produced the following document as guidance about the process and what we are able to offer.
