Safeguarding
We take our responsibility for safeguarding seriously and all staff at The Pilgrim School complete regular safeguarding training, in adherence with Lincolnshire County Council’s 6-year safeguarding training pathway relevant to their role. As part of their employment within school, staff are required to keep up to date and be familiar with the Department for Education’s statutory guidance “Keeping Children Safe in Education”.
In addition, we have a dedicated team of pastoral professionals (PSWSs, formally known as RSOs) who attend multi-disciplinary meetings and liaise with external agencies in relation to safeguarding and mental health matters.
If you have concerns regarding your safety or the safety of your child or any young person, we urge you to make contact with a member of staff or the local authority Children's Services team below.
