We’re pleased to share with you the newly developed “What Next at 16?” guide, produced in partnership between The Careers & Enterprise Company and Complete Careers. This resource is designed to help students and parents navigate the full range of post-16 pathways available across Greater Lincolnshire.

Recognising that education and training options continue to evolve, they aim to review and update this guide on an annual basis to ensure it remains current and relevant.

The guide covers academic and vocational routes, apprenticeships, local providers, qualification levels, and includes useful links to support informed career planning.
