Aspiring Physiotherapy
Tuesday 28 October - Lincoln College
Explore a career focused on improving mobility, helping patients regain independence lost through injury, ageing, or a disability.
Open to young people aged 14 to 19, this event provides a unique opportunity to learn about Physiotherapy. Join us for a hands-on experience designed to showcase the diverse roles, skills, and knowledge necessary for a career in Physiotherapy through interactive workshops and informative talks delivered by healthcare professionals.
What to expect:
- Q&A sessions with staff from a variety of roles within the Physiotherapy team
- University taster sessions led by current Physiotherapy students
- Workshops exploring the use of specialist equipment
- Simulated sessions and case studies demonstrating how physiotherapists support patients to live an independent life
Running at: Lincoln College - Tuesday 28 October
Time: 9 am – 3:30 pm
Criteria
- Must be living in or educated in Lincolnshire
- Be 14-19 years of age on the day of the event
