I have had various job roles and positions when I was younger.  I worked in Hospitality in a restaurant and Hotel as waiter, porter etc. and also worked in Manufacturing, working up through the ranks of worker, Charge Hand and Supervisor etc.  I re-trained and completed additional qualifications to start my teaching career.  I have worked in an Upper School teaching Art, Graphics and introduced and was lead on Digital Photography, part of the Coaching team and did outreach/collaborative work with our feeder schools.  I accepted the role of Head of Art and Design at another school and refreshed and revamped the department facilities and curriculum offer to include traditional methods and embrace Digital Media.  I have always enjoyed working to support all pupils but particularly those with additional or specific needs and jumped at the chance to work for the Pilgrim school where I felt I could make an even bigger difference.
