Mental Health Links

If someone’s life is at risk, for example they have taken an overdose or seriously injured themselves, or you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe call 999 or go to an A&E department immediately.

If you, or the person you are with, are not in immediate danger but you believe some urgent support is needed, there are services out there to help.
